Pars Studio Policy

           At Pars Studio, we are committed to delivering a seamless, professional, and creatively fulfilling recording experience. The following terms have been established to promote clarity and ensure high standards in all client engagements. Please review carefully prior to booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Full-Day Appointments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all full-day bookings. This guarantees access to our facilities and staff.

• Short-Duration Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking for sessions under one day.

• Pending Reservations: A session is not considered confirmed until payment is received. Unconfirmed slots may be released without notice.

2. Payments

• Accepted Payment Methods: Interac e-Transfer (preferred) or cash.

• Taxes: All prices are subject to 5% GST.

• Invoices: Issued upon request.

• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

3. Session Timing & Overtime

• Billing begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of client arrival.

• Session duration includes setup, soundcheck, breaks, and load-out.

• Overtime is billed at $60/hour (or applicable rate) and must be pre-approved.

• Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a punctual start.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if rescheduled within the required notice window.

• Late cancellations (within 72 hours) may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

• If the studio must cancel due to technical or scheduling conflicts, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. File Delivery & Storage

• Clients will receive session files upon completion.

• Pars Studio retains files for 30 days after the session. File retention beyond this period is not guaranteed unless a long-term storage plan is arranged.

• Clients are advised to bring their own USB or external drive for file transfer.

6. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

• Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas. Cleanliness is expected.

• Smoking, vaping, or drug/alcohol use is strictly prohibited on the premises.

• All clients and guests must treat staff and equipment with respect. Violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Pars Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• By booking a session, the client agrees to comply with all terms outlined in this policy.
